Joffre Lakes park 🏔

アメリカは今日 thanks giving です！
Thanks giving とは日頃の全ての事に感謝する日です。
この日はみんな家族や恋人と過ごし、Turkey チキンを食べます。
日本ではクリスマスにチキンを食べますが、
実はアメリカではクリスマスにチキンは食べないみたいです 😳

さて、今回はカナダにあるJoffre Lakes park について書いていこうと思います。
このJoffre Lakes parkはバンクーバーから車か、シャトルバスで３時間ぐらいで着きます。
この場所は、Low Lake、middle Lake、upper Lake の３つの有名な湖があり、
他にも広大な自然があり最高のネイチャースポットです！
ここの湖は雪解け水100%なので水の透明度が物凄くて、めちゃめちゃ綺麗です！
Middle lake には木の丸太が湖に浮いており、インスタ映えスポットになっています！
ハイキング好きや、ネイチャースポットが好きな方は是非行って見てください！

Today is Thanks giving day in America!
Thanks giving is a day to give thanks for everything.
On this day, people spend time with their families and loved ones and eat turkey chicken.
In Japan, we eat chicken on Christmas.
Actually, in America, we don't eat chicken on Christmas 😳

Now, I would like to write about Joffre lakes park in Canada
It takes about 3 hours from Vancouver by car or shuttle bus.
The park has famous for its three lakes, Low Lake, Middle Lake, and Upper Lake.
It is also a great nature spot with its vast natural environment!
The lakes here are 100% snowmelt water, so the water is crystal clear and extremely beautiful!
The Middle lake has wooden logs floating in the lake,it an Instagram-good spot!
If you like hiking and nature spots, you should definitely go here!

Rose Bowl Fiea Market 🎪

Hello Hello ~ トモヤデス 👋
今日は世界No.1のフリーマーケット
Rose Bowl Fiea Market 🎪を紹介していこうと思います！
感想として、とにかくめちゃめちゃデカくて、
朝から行かないと周りきれないほど大きです。😂
古着、家具、レコード、アンティークなんでもあります！
値段は高いものから安いものまで様々です。
見ているだけでもとても楽しいと思います！

★Rose Bowl までの行き方

車でHollywoodから30分ほどで行けます。
⚠️車かUverでしか行けません。バスや電車では行けないです🥲

普段はフットボールスタジアムとしてこの場所は使われているので、
毎月第2日曜日のみフリーマーケットとして開催されます。
時間帯は朝6時〜午後3時くらいまでやっています！
チケットですが2種類あり、
朝6時から入れるチケットが 20$
朝9時から入れるチケットが 12$ です

Today I'd like to introduce you to the world's No.1 flea market!
It is the Rose Bowl Fiea Market 🎪
It's so big that you can't even get around if you don't go there in the morning.
I think you have to go in the morning to get around. 😂
You can find everything from vintage clothing, furniture, records, antiques,,,etc
Prices range from expensive to cheap.
It's a lot of fun just to look around!

★Directions to Rose Bowl

It takes about 30 minutes from Hollywood by car.
⚠️You can only get there by car or uver. You can't get there by bus or train 🥲

Usually this place is used as a football stadium.
It is held as a flea market only on the second Sunday of every month.
The hours are from 6am to 3pm
There are two types of tickets.

From 6:00 am ticket 20$
From 9:00 am ticket 12$

私は今回 Joy Doreamers というブランドの洋服を買いました！
まだ売り出してから1年未満のブランドで、
デザインと服の素材がとてもよく、買ってしまいました 😆
スタッフさん達もとてもフレンドリーで良かったです！
そのスタッフのうちの1人が日本人のハーフでびっくりしました、
日本人からアメリカが人気な国だからか、
日本とアメリカのミックスの方を良く見かける気がします。
もし Rose bowl に来たら、是非このブランドのショップに行って見てください！

I just bought a brand of clothing called Joy Doreamers!
The brand has been on the market for less than a year.
The design and the material of the clothes were so good that I bought it 😆.
The staff was very friendly and kind !
One of the staff was half Japanese, which surprised me.
maybe because America is a popular country among Japanese.
I think I see a lot of Japanese-American mixes here.

Make Pizza 🍕👨‍🍳

最近アメリカではほとんどマスクをしている人が居なくなりました。
コロナを街から感じる事もありません。
日本も早くコロナ渦から抜け出せることを祈ります 🥲
前回と同様に今回も日本での体験談について書いていこうと思います！
今回はピザ作りの経験について書きます！

元々日本の複数の飲食店で5、6年働いていたので、
レシピさえあれば大体料理はなんでも作れます。
ただ、ピザはめちゃめちゃ難しかったです！😂
ピザ生地を作って発酵させるところまでは簡単なのですが、
その後の工程でピザ生地を伸ばして木の板にピザ生地を乗せる工程が
めちゃめちゃ難しかったです😂
生地が板に張り付かないように小麦粉を使うのですが、
それでも乗せる時に生地が崩れてしまい、難しかったです。

★ ピザ作り工程

1 強力粉、薄力粉、砂糖、塩、ドライイースト菌、水、オリーブオイルを混ぜる

2 ピザ生地を丸くして適度な大きさに分け、10分から15分間放置。
　この時イースト菌の効果でピザ生地が大きくなります。

3 小麦粉を引いて、ピザ生地を伸ばす

4 ピザ生地の上にチーズ、バジル、トマトなどを盛り付ける

5 ピザ釜に入れて焼き加減を見ながら焼く。オーブントースターでも大丈夫です。

6 完成

工程は簡単ですが、先ほども話したように工程 3 と 5 が難しいです、、、

I have noticed that people in the U.S. hardly wear masks these days.
I don't feel the COVID from the USA streets.
I hope Japan will get out of the COVID soon 🥲
Just like last time, I'm gonna write about my experiences in Japan again!
This time I will write about my pizza making experience!

I originally worked in several restaurants in Japan for five or six years.
I can cook almost anything if I have a recipe.
However, pizza was so hard to make! 😂
Making the pizza dough and letting it ferment is the easy part.
But the after work process of stretching the pizza dough and putting the pizza dough on a wooden board
It was so difficult 😂
I used flour to keep the dough from sticking to the board.
But it was still difficult because the dough collapsed when I put it on the board.

★ Pizza making process

1 Mix flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast cell , water, and olive oil.

2 Divide the pizza dough into rounds of eat size and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
　At this time, the yeast cell will make the pizza dough larger.

3 Flour put on the table next pizza dough stretch.

4 Arrange cheese, basil, tomatoes, etc. on top of the pizza dough.

5 pizza put in oven and bake until done. You can also use a toaster oven.

6 Finish

The process is easy, but steps 3 and 5 are difficult...

この経験を活かしてキャンプでもピザを作りました！🏕
ただこの日は雨だった為最悪でした、、、
ピザ作りは大変でしたが、味は最高でした！！✨✨

I used this experience to make pizzas at camp too! 🏕
But it was the worst day of the camp because it was raining...
Making the pizza had a lot of work, but it tasted great !! ✨✨

また次は晴れの日に挑戦したいと思います！💪 😂
