Camping Life 🏕

Hello hellooooo ‼︎ ともやです haha 😆
今日でアメリカに来て丁度7ヶ月になりました 🇺🇸
こちらの生活にもだいぶ慣れてきてLA が
私のホームタウンのように最近思えてきました 🏘
今回は最近アメリカについてばかり書いているので、
私の趣味でもある日本でのキャンプについて書いていこうと思います！
私はソロキャンプ、仲間とのキャンプどちらも好きです。

Today is exactly 7 months since I came to America 🇺🇸
I'm getting used to life here and LA seems like my hometown these days.
LA is like my hometown these days 🏘
I've been writing a lot about the U.S. lately, so I thought I'd share some of my favorite things to do in Japan.
I'm going to write about my hobby, camping in Japan!
I like both solo camping and camping with friends.

★ソロキャンプのメリットとして

・1人の時間をゆっくりと過ごせる

・疲れたマインドをリフレッシュできる

・自分と見つめ合える

・1人なので周りを気にしなくて良い

など、、、

★仲間キャンプのメリットとして

・仲間と楽しみながらキャンプ出来る

・トークで盛り上がれる

・タスクの役割分担が出来る

など、、、

どちらもメリットがあると思います。
ソロキャンプでの満点の星空を眺めながらの焚き火は最高でした。

★the advantages of solo camping

・You can spend your time alone.

・You can refresh your tired mind.

・I can look at myself.

・Don't have to worry about others because you are alone.

　etc….

★ the advantages of homies camping

・You can enjoy camping with your friends.

・Talking with your friends is a great way to have fun.

・Share the role of tasks.

　etc….

I think both have their merits.
I loved the bonfire while gazing at a star-filled starry sky while camping solo

宇宙の中で自分はちっぽけな存在なんだな〜と思いました haha
キャンプ自体も、もちろん楽しいですがキャンプ飯もキャンプの楽しみの１つです！
キャンプに行く前に自分で毎回考えて家で料理の具材を仕込んで現地で調理するのが、
私はとても楽しいです！😆

この日の献立は、
夜ご飯はラムチョップとスープパスタ
朝ご飯はホットサンドとスープでした 🤤
朝のコーヒーは格別です✨

I realized how small I am in the universe haha!
Camping itself is fun, of course, but one of the pleasures of camping is the camp food!
Before going camping, I always think about what I want to cook, prepare the ingredients at home, and cook it on site.
I enjoy it so much! 😆

The menu for this day was
Lamb chops and soup pasta for dinner
Breakfast was hot sandwiches and soup 🤤
Coffee in the morning is exceptional ✨

今回は軽い紹介でしたが、次回もっと深くキャンプについて書いていきたいと思います！

This was not detailed introduction, but I’ll more write about camp in depth next time!

Home Stay Family 🏠

Hello Hello ~ 👋 ともやです 😁
昨日アメリカの水道水を間違えて飲んでしまい久々にお腹を壊しました 😂
アメリカの場所にもよりますが水道水は基本飲めます。
ただ、硬水なので日本人の体質に合わない為注意して下さい。😥
さて、今回は2ヶ月間私が一緒に過ごしたホームステイファミリーについて
書いていきたいと思います！🏠
アメリカに来て最初の2ヶ月はホームステイでした！
私のホームステイ先のファミリーはインド系アメリカ人のファミリーで
とても優しく出迎えてくれました 😊
ご飯も毎日作ってくれたし、英語も食事の時にいつも教えてくれてとても優しかったです！
ルームメイトは8人で、ホームステイにしてはかなり大きい家だったと思います！！
ルームメイトの中でもブラジル人の子達と良く私は遊んでいました！🇧🇷
とても彼らと仲が良くなり家族のような関係でした！🤝
私が思うにブラジル人は仲良くなると、とてもフレンドリーで友達、家族思いの良い人々です！
日本人と相性は良いと思います 🇯🇵 🇧🇷　私はそんなブラジル人達が大好きです！😁

Hello Hello ~ 👋 I’m Tomoya 😁
Yesterday I drank tap water by mistake in the US and got sick to my stomach after a long time 😂
I'm not sure if it depends on where you are in the US, but tap water is basically drinkable.
But be careful, it's hard water and not suitable for Japanese people. I'm not sure if it's a good idea 😥
I would like to write about the homestay family I stayed with for 2 months! 🏠
My first two months in the U.S. were spent with a homestay family!
My homestay family was an Indian-American family who welcomed me very kindly 😊
They cooked for me every day and always taught me English at meal times, they were so kind !
I think I had 8 roommates and the house was pretty big for a homestay!
Among my roommates, the Brazilian girls and I used to hang out a lot! 🇧🇷
It’s we were like a family! 🤝
I think Brazilians very friendly and then they think about most the important friend and family
It’s amazing culture ✨🇧🇷
I think Japanese people and Brazil people a good much 🇯🇵 🇧🇷 Because I like Brazilians ! 😆

そんな生活の中でお互いの国の料理を振る舞い合おうという企画が出て、
私はソース焼きそばと、塩焼きそばを作りました。かなり高評価だったので良かったです😁
ブラジル人達はヨーグルトとトマトベースのカレーのような食べ物を作ってくれました！
味はマイルドでとても美味しかったです！！😋
私は経験としてホームステイは絶対経験した方がいいと思います！
理由として、他の国の文化や食生活ををリアルに体験できるからです！

We had a plan to make each other country food .
I made Sauce Yakisoba and Salt Yakisoba.
I'm happy because Brazilians said delicious for my food 😁
The Brazilians made a yogurt and tomato based food like curry !
It tasted mild and very good !! 😋
As for my experience, I definitely think you should get experience a homestay !
The reason is , you get a real experience of another country's culture and diet!

また次回こちらの生活事情も書いていこうと思います！

Holly wood sign 🐾

Yaho Yaho ~ 👋 ともやです〜
アメリカに来てもうすぐ7ヶ月が経ちます。
英語はきた当初よりはだいぶ話せるようになりましたが、まだまだ勉強が必要です、、、🥲
さて、今回は Hollywood について書いていこうと思います！
知っている方もいると思いますが、Hollywood sign というのはハリウッドの近くの山にある、
Hollywood と書かれているオブジェクトの事です。
日本でいうところの大文字焼き的なやつかな、、、⛰
Hollywood と書いてあるオブジェクトだけだけど、私は絶対マストだと思います！！
実はHollywood sign 自体がハイキングスポットになっていて、ロケーションも最高だし
頂上からロサンゼルスの街並みを展望できるからです！
少し道のりは険しいですが、頂上からの景色は絶景です！✨✨

スタート地点から頂上までは１時間ぐらいでその途中にHollywood sign もあります！
行き方としてはロサンゼルスシティーからUber でしか行けません、、🥲
でも、そこまで遠くはないので気軽に行けると思います！！
⚠️ Hollywood sign までUber で直接は行けません。
なので、ドライバーさんに行ける所まで行って欲しいと言えば大丈夫です！

It's been almost 7 months since I came to America.
I can speak English much better than when I first came here, But I still need to study more... 🥲
Well, this time I’ll write about Hollywood sign!
As some of you may know, Hollywood sign is an object on a mountain.
It’s like Japanese DAIMONJI more detail about Daimonji↓

I know it's just an object with Hollywood written on it, but I think it's an absolute must go !!
Actually, Hollywood sign itself is a hiking spot and the location is great!
And you can see the whole city of Los Angeles from the top!
It's a little steep, but the view from the top is spectacular! ✨✨

It takes about an hour from the start point to the top, and there is a Hollywood sign along the way!
The only way to get there is by Uber from Los Angeles City 🥲
But it's not that far, so it's easy to get there!
⚠️ You can't go to Hollywood sign directly by Uber.
So just ask the driver to take you as far as you can go and you'll be fine!
