Hello hello ~ ともやです！
今年最後のブログは2022年の自分について書いていこうと思います！
2022年は自分の中で挑戦する年でした！
日本に居た間も会社や仕事の引き継ぎや、日本に帰った時の段取りでとても忙しかったですが、
今年の4月にアメリカという新しいフィールドに来てとても自分自身成長できた年だと実感しています！
大変なことも沢山ありましたが、楽しいこともあり、新しい自分を見つけることができました！
私はアメリカに来てとても良かったと実感しています！
英語の上達はもちろん、自分自身も日本にいた時より2倍、3倍に成長出来た事を実感しています！
それは、アメリカという新しい環境と、アメリカでできた新しい仲間たちのおかげだと思っています！
アメリカには様々な国から外国人が来ており、他の国々の人々とセッションはもちろん、仕事のことや社会情勢について話し合うことで
とても良いものを吸収させてもらいました！それらはとても大切な経験です！
こっちに来ている日本人からも新しい考え方や、とても良いものを沢山もらいました！
LAに来ている日本人はダンサーや音楽関係、デザイナーの方々が多く、自分とは異なる分野の知識を持っていてとても興味深いし、
同じ日本人として、海外で自分の強みを活かしてアメリカに挑戦しに来ている姿はとてもカッコ良く、同じ日本人として誇りに思います！
そんな頑張っている友達の姿をみて私も元気と頑張ろうという気持ちをもらえました！
そんな中、私が思ったのは海外に来たからといって必ずしも英語が上達するわけでもないし、自分自身が成長するということもありません。
自分自身で毎日努力し、何かに挑戦や自発的に行動をしていかないと成功や夢、英語力の向上を掴むことはできません。
こちらに来て、当初の目的を失っている方や、堕落して家に閉じこもっている方を何人も目の当たりにしました。
マイナスな人間と一緒にいたら自分までマイナスになってしまいます、、
なので、日本でもアメリカでも自分を高め合える仲間や環境はとても大事だと思います！
やはり私の成長できた理由として、良き仲間達のおかげだと私は思っています！
人間は1人で生きていけない生き物です、、お金よりも、地位や名声よりも
私は自分を支えてくれている仲間たちをとても大事だと思い感謝しています。

2023年は2022年に得た経験や知識をアウトプットしていく年にしていきたいと思います！
今まで得た知識や人脈、経験を最大限に活かして自分自身の成功へと注ぎ込みたいと思います。
仕事も大事ですが、遊びにも力を入れ、遊びも仕事も120%全力で頑張ります！
また日本に帰るまでに自分を更に2倍成長させて帰りたいと思います！

Hello hello ~ I’m Tomoya!
For my last blog of this year, I'm gonna write about myself in the year 2022!
The year 2022 was a challenging year for me!
While I was in Japan, I was very busy with taking over my company and work, and making arrangements for when I returned to Japan.
There were many hard times, but there were also fun times and I was able to find a new me!
I am very happy that I came to America!
Not only did I improve my English, but I also realized that I was able to grow two or three times more than when I was in Japan!
I believe this is thanks to the new environment of America and the new homies I made here!
There are foreigners from many different countries here in the US, and I have been able to absorb a lot of good things by talking with people 
from other countries and discussing about work and social situations.
I have absorbed a lot of good things from them! Those are very important experiences!
The Japanese people here also gave me new ways of thinking and very good things!
Many of the Japanese in LA are dancers, musicians, designers, etc., and they have know in different fields from my own, which is very interesting.
As a fellow Japanese, I think it's very cool that they are using their strengths abroad to challenge themselves in the U.S., and as a fellow Japanese,
 I'm proud of them! So cool my homies!
Seeing my friends working so hard gave me energy and the will to do my best!
I thought to myself, just because I came overseas does not necessarily mean that my English will improve or that I will grow as a person.
You know If you don't work hard every day, challenge yourself and take initiative, 
you will not be able to achieve your success, dream, or improve your English skills right ?
Since I came here, I have seen many people who have lost their original purpose or who are corrupt and stay at home.
You know If you stay with negative people, you will become negative yourself.
I think it is very important to have friends and an environment where you can improve yourself, both in Japan and in the U.S!
I believe that the reason I was able to grow as a person was because of my good friends!
Human beings are creatures that can’t live alone, 
more than money, status or fame.I value and appreciate my friends who support me.

I want to make 2023 the year to output the experience I gained in 2022!
And then I want to make the most of the knowledge, connections, and experience I have gained and pour it into my own success.
Work is important, but I will also focus on hung out, and give my all 120% in both hung out  and work!
I hope to grow myself even more by the time until I’ll return to Japan!
